Yes — FREE UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfilment location. Estimated delivery is usually 7-14 working days.

Why do delivery times vary between products?
We work with multiple fulfilment partners and warehouses (UK and international) to offer a wide range of products. This means delivery times may differ between items.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
In some cases, yes. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on fulfilment location.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we focus on UK customers. Availability for other regions may change in the future.

Can I track my order?

Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe. If your order is delayed beyond this, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

What items cannot be returned?
